I've led AI creative operations that went from a handful of assets a week to hundreds a day. I've built workflows from scratch, trained cross-functional teams, held the quality bar without slowing down the pipeline, and done it all in service of the actual goal: content that performs. I'm comfortable being the most senior person in the room or being a strong contributor on someone else's team. I don't need the work to be glamorous to care about it. I need it to matter to someone.

I do prefer work that's bold, visually specific, and built with intention. That's just true. But I'm not precious about it. If your brand is in a crowded, competitive, or unsexy category and you need someone who will bring real creative thinking and actually execute it without drama, I'm interested in that conversation too.
